The Drum Circle will be located in the Courtyard A by the Volunteer Gift Shop in the Medical Office Building. Park in front of the Medical Office Building and enter through the North Entrance (this will be the entrance closest to the Hospital construction). Courtyard A is on the left past the Volunteer station.

Healthy Beats Drum Circle
Experience camaraderie & wellness through the Health Rhythms protocol scientifically shown to boost the immune system. Adults and teens of all physical abilities are welcome.
No musical experience needed and drums provided by Kaiser Permanente. Healthy Beats is facilitated by a Board Certified Music Therapist. |

Join Healthy Beats the second and fourth Saturdays from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
Sept. 28, Oct. 11, Oct. 25, Nov. 8 and Nov. 22
(Note that we will not have Healthy Beats in December and will start up again in January)
